60th Grammys Awards 2018: You can now predict 32 categories across pop, country, rap, R&B and much more

2018 Grammy nominees jay z alessia cara kendrick lamar bruno mars sza

The Grammy nominations were announced on November 28, and ever since we’ve been adding categories to our predictions center across more than a half-dozen music genres. Now you can forecast the winners in 32 races that will be presented on Sunday, January 28. That’s more than one-third of the total 84 awards that will be handed out. Scroll down for the complete list of categories you can bet on, and make or update your picks right here.
Our predictions center includes every race being contested by the year’s top nominee, Jay-Z, who is up for eight awards: Album of the Year and Best Rap Album for “4:44”; Song of the Year and Best Rap Performance for the “4:44” title track; Record of the Year, Best Rap Song, and Best Music Video for “The Story of O.J.”; and Best Rap/Sung Performance for “Family Feud” with Beyonce.
We’re also predicting every category for the Grammys’ other top artists: Kendrick Lamar (seven nominations), Bruno Mars (six nominations), Childish Gambino (five nominations), SZA (five nominations), Khalid (five nominations), and Alessia Cara (four nominations).
The 2017 Grammys ended in a big upset with Adele (“25”) upsetting Beyonce(“Lemonade”) for Album of the Year. Thanks to that surprise and others throughout the night no one scored more than 75% out of more than 1,600 users who made their picks. That top user with three-fourths accuracy was Magic 8 Ball, who this year is predicting a good night for Lamar. She’s currently projecting an Album of the Year victory for the rapper’s acclaimed “Damn,” while she thinks Record and Song of the Year will go to the Spanish-language crossover hit “Despacito” by Luis FonsiDaddy Yankee, and Justin Bieber.
