THE PLAYER THAT TOLD RONALDO TO MOCK MESSI

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brilliant goal in a 3-1 win at the Camp Nou to put Real Madrid ahead of the Barcelona in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup at Camp Nou.
Ronaldo earned a yellow card for taking his shirt off to celebrate, but he would hold up his own shirt to the crowd in Messi-esque fashion before he was done.
The celebration was initiated by another Real Madrid star, the footage below shows which Real Madrid star put him up to the mocking:
Marcelo and Ronaldo are close at the Bernabeu – it comes as no surprise that he would be the one to remind the Portuguese international to celebrate his goal in that manner
Ronaldo came off the bench to goal the second goal after Messi has levelled from the penalty spot before Marco Asensio scored the third goal of the night.
“Winning major trophies with my club last year was great, just like the individual trophies,” Ronaldo told Marca.
“Doing it again would be fine.
“You have to work hard, year after year, I will continue to do it. Football is my life, it is my passion.”
He made a good start to the season last night by putting Real in a commanding position with the second leg due to take place at the Bernabeu.
