MANCHESTER UNITED transfer news is coming thick and fast with the summer window now officially open. Express Sport brings you all the latest and breaking news and updates on Alvaro Morata, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Alexandre Lacazette.

MANCHESTER UNITED TRANSFER NEWS LIVE UPDATES: LATEST ON ROMELU LUKAKU, ALVARO MORATA AND TIEMOUE BAKAYOKO

Tuesday July 11
09:25: The Premier League's "relentless revenue growth" has helped England's top four divisions set new records for earnings, spending and tax, according to the 26th edition of Deloitte's Annual Review of Football Finance.
Published this morning and based on the 2015/16 season, which provides the most recent set of full accounts for the 92 clubs, the report outlines an industry that appears to be immune to austerity or recession.
The 92 clubs combined to generate a record £4.4billion, with the Premier League's 20 clubs contributing £3.6billion of that sum, up almost £300million, or 9%, on 2014/15.
This breaks down to average earnings of £182million per Premier League club, more than the total revenue of all 22 Division One clubs in 1991/92, the season before the Premier League's creation.
08:30: Andreas Pereira is delighted to be back at Manchester United and desperate to prove his worth to Jose Mourinho.
Last summer the 21-year-old was selected by the newly-appointed United boss for the pre-season trip to China, only to join Granada on a season-long loan later that summer.
Pereira was unable to prevent the Andalusians suffering relegation from LaLiga despite impressing on an individual level - form he is determined to continue at Old Trafford.
Taken to the United States on this summer's pre-season tour, the versatile midfielder wants to make an impression on manager Mourinho.
"I am very happy that I am back, and I can be part of this team," Pereira told MUTV.
"I will try to do my best to stay here, get an important role for the season, to help my team-mates and to impress the manager.
"It boosts me that the people here trust the young players. I am very happy for the young players and I want to be a part of this team as well."
07:52: Manchester United are in no rush to sign Ivan Perisic - but remain interested in his signature.
Inter Milan look set to lose the £45m-rated star, although they are hopeful he will be part of their pre-season tour of China.
United have already seen three bids for the Croatia international rejected.
But they are confident a deal will be done before deadline day.
07:33: Adnan Januzaj is available for just £10m.
The winger has failed to maintain his initial impact at Old Trafford and spent last season on loan at Sunderland.
He is close to completing a move to Real Sociedad.
And the BBC claim United are hoping to earn £10m from his eventual sale.

05:00: Manchester United duo Phil Jones and Chris Smalling are targets for West Brom.
Tony Pulis wants to bring in two new centre-backs with Jonas Olsson leaving in March and Gareth McAuley in the twilight years of his career.
And The Daily Mirror say he is plotting an ambitious double swoop for the Red Devils duo.
The 59-year-old is said to be a huge admirer of the pair with the versatility of Jones being an added bonus.
03:00: Bayern Munich will let former Manchester United target Renato Sanches leave on loan.
The midfielder nearly moved to Old Trafford a year ago and Jose Mourinho remains an admirer.
However, he struggled in Bavaria last term, languishing behind the likes of Arturo Vidal, Thiago and Xabi Alonso in the pecking order.
As a result, United could be offered the chance to snap him up.
01:00: Gary Neville thinks Manchester United should be going after Nemanja Matic.
"United need another holding midfield player," Neville told Sky Sports.
"Michael Carrick has got one more year but he can’t play every single week so they do need to have that player who can come in and do the same job – and Matic would be able to do that.
"Morgan Schneiderlin was let go earlier in the season and Bastian Schweinsteiger didn’t get a game, so you’re talking about there needing to be a replacement for them and ultimately Matic would fit the bill."
Tuesday July 11
22.50: Eric Dier wants to leave Tottenham and sign for Manchester United this summer.
Jose Mourinho wants to test Tottenham’s resolve by bidding around £50m for Dier, after missing out on Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic.
Express Sport understand Spurs value Dier in the £60m bracket, which is about £20m more than what United believe he’s worth.
But United still believe a compromise can be reached and know chairman Daniel Levy might be willing to accept a bid in the region of £50m.
22:30: Adnan Januzaj is close to completing a permanent move to Real Sociedad.
The Belgian isn’t set to be a part of Jose Mourinho’s plans next season and the Manchester Evening News claim the Spanish club are on the verge of tying up an agreement with the Red Devils.
Januazaj was left out of United’s pre=season tour to America.
21:00: Manchester United are ready to hand Ander Herrera a new deal that will keep him at the club until 2021.
The Daily Star claim United have opened talks with Herrera over extending his stay with Mourinho keen to reward him for his efforts.
The 27-year-old is set to pocket £175,000 a week on his new contract and he has made it clear he has no plans to leave the club, despite interest from Barcelona.
19:45: Away from transfer news, Michael Carrick has been confirmed as the new captain of Manchester United following Wayne Rooney’s departure.
“It feels great and it is such a huge honour to captain such a great club,” Carrick told the club’s website.
“It is my 12th year now and I came as a 25 year old. I never thought I could be here for so long and achieve so much.
"Now, to lead the boys and look after the young boys, to guide them in some ways, it is a nice thing and a real pleasure.
“I came to this club as a footballer and I am now a huge fan. I have grown to love the club over the years and to be in this position is very special for me.”

19:00: Tiemoue Bakayoko is edging closer to joining Chelsea with Manchester United yet to make an offer,
The Manchester Evening News, Chelsea have always been in pole position and United haven’t made a bid.
They state the Blues will finally complete a deal for the 22-year-old ‘very soon’.
And with United yet to make their move Chelsea are confident of completing his signing with an announcement due when the midfielder returns from holiday.
18:15: Zlatan Ibrahimovic is expected to sign a new deal with Manchester United as he continues his return to fitness.
Despite being officially released by the club this month, the 35-year-old has stayed on at the club’s Carrington training ground where he is working to get back to full fitness.
He was expected to be sidelined until the New Year but he is now targeting an October return.
And with that news, The Sun claim Jose Mourinho is ready to offer Ibrahimovic a short-term deal that will run until the end of the season.
16.05: Romelu Lukaku would still have joined Manchester United even if his best friend Paul Pogba was a Chelsea player, according to ESPN journalist Alexis Nunes.
Lukaku was wanted by Chelsea before United snuck in ahead of the Blues and stole him from under their noses.
Nunes was asked on ESPN FC: "If Pogba played for Chelsea, would we now be talking about Lukaku being a Chelsea player?"
She responded, saying: "They knew that one day they would play together.
"But the way that Lukaku spoke about Manchester United, the respect he has for the history, even though understanding now they aren't the Manchester United we were used to under Sir Alex Ferguson.
"He still has so much respect for the club that I think he had his mind made up regardless of where Pogba was."
